In November 2025, Concentric officially moved into the top-floor office of a beautifully restored 1920s schoolhouse. Situated at 18 Balderton Street, just a stone’s throw from Selfridges in Mayfair; our new office sits above Sarah Myerscough’s new gallery. Empty for more than a decade and left in a dilapidated state, the building has lived many lives over its 100-year history: a schoolhouse, a soup kitchen, a mothers’ meeting hall, and part of Central London Polytechnic.

We even hosted our first (small) event there after our Investor Day in November, giving our guests a first glimpse of this remarkable space and a preview of our next chapter. We are looking forward to your visit. You can find out more about the building here.
